SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Please note as a result of the COVID 19 Global Pandemic, many of our main suppliers are now working through a backlog of orders / have stock shortages. In some circiumstances this can lead to longer lead time for the processing of your orders. At present delivery timeframe on most Trolleys / Carts and some other items, have been extended by 4-6 weeks approximately. We will endeavour to ship orders urgently once we receive the stock item from our suppliers. Thank you for your understanding.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming that we have got your order. Within 24 hours you will receive a further email detailing that your order has either been dispatched or is being processed. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Orders received begin processing the next business day.
You will receive further communication via email or by phone to confirm that the order has shipped. This will be within 5 business hours of the order coming through. Orders being shipped within the Republic of Ireland will usually arrive within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of goods and external delays. Tracking numbers may be available for tracing orders upon request. Caddycare.ie reserves the right to cancel orders which are shipped to freight forwarding companies.
If we are unable to complete your full order immediately the shipping costs may also be split across the two orders. This is calculated on the order value. A member of staff will contact you to arrange delaying the order until completion or splitting it into 2 deliveries.

The shipping cost is shown during the checkout process. This is an estimate of the cost, while every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the shipping cost. Large / Bulky items to certain delivery destinations may incur an extra charge on shipping.

All products purchased in our shop come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Online we offer the same 30-day money back guarantee. This gives you peace of mind and allows you to test your product indoors to ensure you are 100% satisfied with them. If at this point you are not happy with the product in any way, just email/call us using the details below and we will replace the products. Postage is not covered under this 30-day guarantee unless there is a defect with the product. If you wish to return an item please fill out the returns form and send the goods back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Goods For Refund Or Exchange:
Goods must be returned within 30 days.
Goods must be accompanied by original receipt & Returns Form.
Goods must be in their original packaging.
Goods must not be used.
Postage costs are not covered.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
Exchanges will be charged full shipping charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will refund to your credit card the full amount less the original cost of postage. Refunds will be credited to a credit card, or cheque will be posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Return Shipping / Repairs Under Warranty
Where a product is returned for repair during warranty period, the cost of both returning the item to Caddycare and having it delivered after repair will be the responsibility of the owner/buyer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is up to you to track the delivery to ensure its return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
