Caddy Care LTD may use your personal information as follows:
ACCOUNT CREATION / ORDER PROCESSING
• Name / Company Name: This is used for invoicing for your transaction
• Email Address: Create Account and Order Confirmations / Status Updates will be sent to this email address. You will also use this Email Address to log in and adminsitor your customer account.
• Address: This information is used for delivery purposes.
• Contact Numbers: This is used for:

We use this information to fulfil your order(s) and administer your account.
We store your orders in our secure database. The data we store is date/time of transaction, products purchased, amount spent, your name, address, email and contact number. We do/do not store credit card details.
Should you contact us using the contact form supplied on the site, we ask for your name and email address so that we can communicate with you.
How long do we keep your data?
If you have created an account with caddycare.ie, we keep your data on our secure database for a minimum of 5 years unless you delete your account beforehand. Dormant accounts (no activity for 5 years) will be emailed to log in to their account within 3 weeks. Failure to do so means the account and all orders and personal data will be deleted.
We keep your personal data and all details of your transactions for minimum of 5 years on our websites secure database.
We routinely delete all email we receive from our website contact forms - Every 6 Months.

Caddy Care LTD takes no responsibility regarding any fraudulent activity on any customers cards/accounts used on this website. We have taken all necessary steps regarding upholding PCI compliance and remain objective in the case of cardholders bearing their own responsibility regarding jurisdiction laws.
