Caddycare is an Irish company and its currency is Euros. We operate a no hassle no quibble returns policy. If there is anything wrong with your order, just send it back . *This does not apply to sale items. Our Terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming that we have got your order. Within 24 hours you will receive a further email detailing that your order has either been despatched or is being processed. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Orders received begin processing the next business day.

You will receive further communication via email or by phone to confirm that the order has shipped. This will be within 5 business hours of the order coming through. Orders being shipped within the Republic of Ireland will usually arrive within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of goods and external delays. Tracking numbers may be available for tracing orders upon request.

Our retail prices are vat inclusive. Normal rate is 23%.

All product information and images are supplied by the relevant manufacturers. While every care is taken to have the most up to date information available we will refund or exchange any product which has been purchased based on a description or image portrayed on our web site, provided that the product is unused and adheres to our RETURNS POLICY. Please note, many product descriptions contain colours and pictures. It is your responsibility to ensure that correct colours/styles are ordered, as per the product descriptions.

Caddycare is committed to protecting your right to privacy. At Caddycare we base our business on the trust you place in us. To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and e-mail address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process subsequent orders more quickly. Using a Credit Card to make purchases via our web site is the most secure way to pay for your items. We have put a number of security steps in place to give you, the customer, total confidence when purchasing your items via our web site. All sensitive information, including personal details as well as credit card information, is kept confidential through encryption(SSL). This means that information can only be exchanged between you and Caddycare, and that no third party can access this data. A padlock symbol is usually displayed by your browser to show when a page is covered by this security system. We do not retain live records of credit card information on our web servers after the transaction has been completed (i.e. you will need to enter your details each time you book over the Internet).

Cookies are tiny text files, which are stored on your computer. All shopping web sites use cookies and without them the site would not work. You may be prompted to enable cookies, and should do so.

If we are unable to complete your full order immediately the shipping costs may also be split across the two orders. This is calculated on order value. A member of staff will contact you to arrange delaying the order until completion, or splitting it into 2 deliveries.
