Returns PolicyAll products purchased in our shop come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Online we offer the same 30 day money back guarantee. This gives you peace of mind and allows you to test your product indoors to ensure you are 100% satisfied with them. If at this point you are not happy with the product in any way, just email / call us using the details below and we will replace the products. Postage is not covered under this 30 day guarantee unless there is a defect with the product. If you wish to return an item please fill out the returns form and send the goods back.

Goods For Refund Or Exchange.
Goods must be returned within 30 days.
Goods must be accompanied by original receipt & Returns Form.
Goods must be in their original packaging.
Goods must not be used.
Postage costs are not covered.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
Exchanges will be charged postage as follows, Republic of Ireland only, €5 for products up to €50 & €15 for products over €50.
We will refund to your credit card the full amount less the original cost of postage.
Refunds will be credited to credit card or cheque will be posted.
